Alku RELIEF is a short, structured reset for founder-led companies when leadership starts to feel heavy: people issues escalate, ownership is unclear, tension slows execution, or too much ends up on the founder’s or CEO’s shoulders. We identify what is driving the situation, agree on the next few practical actions, and decide what needs to happen next.

Session 2: Review and adjust

We review what happened, what moved, what got stuck, and what needs to be adjusted.

Session 3: Review, reinforce, and decide the way forward

We review what has changed, reinforce what is working, and decide the next step: stop, repeat RELIEF, continue with Alku JOURNEY, or choose an add-on.

    In many cases, it also helps to include 1–2 key leaders. We’ll decide based on the situation and confidentiality.

  • No.

    We work on the leadership and work context: what’s happening, what’s driving it, and what actions will stabilize the situation.

  • We don’t label too fast.

    We first check whether this is primarily a role or expectations mismatch, an accountability gap, unclear ownership, conflict avoidance, or a context issue. Then we choose the right action.

  • A short pre-work helps.

    Write down 1–3 pressing situations: what happened, what impact it had, and who is involved.

    Bring any role notes, goals, or org chart if relevant.
